The five-minute dog station that ends the clutter
Dog gear spreads because it has no home. A single station near the door solves most of it, and it takes about five minutes to set up once you have the pieces.

Pick the door you actually use
Not the pretty front entry — the door you leave from on a rainy Tuesday morning. The station has to be on the path you already walk, or it will not get used.
Four hooks, at two heights
Leash, harness, a spare lead, and a towel for muddy paws. Put the towel hook lower so it is easy to grab while crouching. Anything that needs two hands to retrieve will end up on the floor instead.
Jars beat bags
Move treats and poop bags into sealed glass or ceramic jars on one shelf. You can see what is running low at a glance, and the counter stops collecting half-open packets.
Reset it on Sundays
Sixty seconds: refill the jars, wash the towel, re-hang the leash. A station only stays calm if it has a small, regular reset built into the week.
